Ausführung:

Spezieller Fließbohrer mit Hart Carbon Beschichtung zur Fertigung von Kernlöchern in Aluminium als Vorbereitung zur Gewindeformung. Beschichtete Aluminiumprofile können ohne die Gefahr von Lackverbrennungen zerkratzungsfrei ohne Trennmittel bearbeitet werden. Die Geometrie und eine extrem glatte Oberflächenbeschichtung verhindern Vibrationen und Geräuschbildung sowie Material-Aufschweißungen.

Beschreibung:

Über Drehzahl und Reibungshitze wird lokal Reibungshitze erzeugt, die metallische Werkstoffe aller Art plastifiziert. Dadurch können innerhalb von wenigen Sekunden geschlossene Durchzüge in mehrfacher Ausgangsmaterialstärke spanlos gefertigt werden.
Der Fließbohrer erzeugt über die HM-Polygonkontur Reibungswärme, die metallische Werkstoffe aller Art plastifiziert. Dadurch können innerhalb von wenigen Sekunden geschlossene Durchzüge in mehrfacher Ausgangsmaterialstärke spanlos gefertigt werden.
